Product Description

Trampoline with handlebar for jumping, stepping, and movement exercises.

The integrated handle provides an additional grip during use and can be incorporated into various movement sequences.

•  Ø approx. 100 cm
• Stated maximum load capacity: 100 kg

The trampoline provides a springy surface for controlled jumping and movement sequences. The additional handlebar can be gripped with one or both hands during the exercise.

Depending on the exercise routine, different step sequences, light jumping movements, and other exercises can be performed on the jumping surface.

Before use, the trampoline should be set up on a level, stable, and suitable surface. Sufficient free space should be available around the trampoline for the intended movements.

Depending on the chosen exercise, the handrail can be gripped during the movement. Jumping and stepping movements should be performed in a controlled manner and adapted to the individual's training level.

Possible application contexts include:

• controlled jumping exercises
• Step sequences on the jumping surface
• Fitness and exercise training
• Cardio-oriented movement patterns
• Exercises using the handgrip
• Home workout
• Use in suitable fitness and exercise areas

The specified maximum load capacity of 100 kg must not be exceeded.

Before each use, the trampoline should be checked for visible damage and to ensure it is in proper working order. Particular attention should be paid to the jumping surface, frame, standing areas, handlebars, and any connecting elements.

The trampoline should only be used if it is stable on the ground and the handlebar is properly attached. Damaged or loose parts should be inspected and repaired before further use.

Ensure sufficient clearance from walls, furniture, and other objects during use.
