Matching games to learn the basics. Look at the picture on the left and choose one of three alternatives. Moves the plastic frame to frame the chosen option, and check on the back if the answer is correct.
PEDAGOGICAL OBJECTIVES
A game of association for teaching the basic notions of children’s education by working with various
fundamental aspects of learning to read:
– Associating figures with objects in terms of their orientation or spatial position.
– Learning spatial concepts: up/down, to one side/to the other side, left/right, before/after.
– Distinguishing letters which are only differentiated by their spatial orientation (p, b, d, q).
– Distinguishing syllables which are only differentiated by the position of the letters (la-al).
– Observation, reflection and logical thinking.
– The capacity for attention and observation at an early age.
– Visual-motor coordination from handling the cards.
