Association logic game where you have to associate 34 pairs of tiles that represent opposite or contrary concepts.

EDUCATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
This teaching material is based on forming pairs of photographs representing OPPOSING or
CONTRARY CONCEPTS. Each counter has an opposite in either size, shape or condition (high / low;
dirty / clean; big / small), thus facilitating, by forming pairs, not only LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT
but also the learning and use of ADJECTIVES and PREPOSITIONS.
PEDAGOGICAL OBJECTIVES:
– Incorporation and development of basic vocabulary.
– Comprehension of the concept of “association by opposites or contrasts” (understanding of
“opposite attributes”).
– Introduction to using abstract thought (acts as a basis for establishing a mental association
between opposites and taking the first steps from concrete thought to abstract thought).
– Development of observation skills, whether of the objects themselves or their characteristics and
functions.
– Learning about prepositions, adjectives and the properties of objects.
– Learning about the position of objects in space (above / below ; in front / behind).
– Improvements to psycho-motor co-ordination skills in handling the cards and pairing them up.
