TalkTools® Protocol Horn #5

The instrument with a flat mouthpiece requires the lips to contract.
The holes at the top allow the sound modulation that motivates small patients to lengthen their breath exhalation and encourages better breath management.
Suggested use: Lip closing exercises, preparation for pronunciation of bilabial sounds: ‘m’, ‘b’, ‘p’.
Horn #5 in the TalkTools Horn Hierarchy. The horns in this hierarchy gradually increase in difficulty, with #1 being the easiest to blow, and #12 the most difficult.
